$150 15 Minutes
A focused, one-to-one session to map out your skin and hair goals before any treatment is booked. You leave with a clear plan, an honest opinion, and the fee applied toward an eligible treatment on the same day.
Applied toward same-day treatment
What It Is
A plan first, treatment second
Most people arrive having read about six different treatments and unsure which one applies to them. The Health Rejuvenation Consultation exists to answer that properly, before any money goes on a booking that may not be right.
In fifteen focused minutes we go through your skin and hair goals, your history, what you are currently using and what has reacted badly in the past. Your skin is assessed under examination light for hydration, barrier condition, texture and pigment. From there you get a recommended course of action, a realistic timeline, and an honest answer on what will and will not move the needle.
The fee is applied toward an eligible treatment booked the same day. If we recommend a facial and you book it there and then, the consultation effectively costs nothing.

What You Get
What an aesthetic consultation covers
Short, but not rushed. Every part of it exists to make the next decision easier.
Hydration, barrier condition, texture and pigment assessed under examination light rather than guessed at.
What you actually want to change, in order of what matters most to you rather than what is easiest to sell.
Products, medication and past treatments. Most sensitivity problems trace back to something already in the routine.
Which treatment, in what order, and how many sessions before you should expect to judge it.
What changes in a week, what takes a course, and what no treatment here will fix.
Often the answer is removing two products rather than buying three. We will say that if it is true.
How It Works
Your fifteen minutes, step by step
We start with the concern in your own words. That single answer shapes everything that follows, and it is usually more specific than a treatment name.
Current routine, recent treatments, medication, allergies and anything that has reacted badly. Bring photographs of your products if it is easier.
A proper look at the skin itself. This is where assumptions get replaced with what is actually happening on your face.
A recommended treatment or course, a timeline, and the honest version of what to expect. If the right answer is to do less, that is what you are told.
Bring what you use
Come prepared and it goes further
- Arrive with clean skin if you can. Makeup is fine
- Bring a list or photos of everything you currently use
- Note anything that has stung, flushed or caused breakouts
- Mention medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Have a rough budget in mind so the plan stays realistic
- Know your timeline if there is an event you are working toward
There is no obligation to book anything on the day. The plan is yours to take away either way.
Is It Right For You
Who books a consultation first
- You are new to medical aesthetics and do not want to guess
- You have read about several treatments and cannot tell which applies to you
- Your skin reacts to things and you want an opinion before committing
- You are weighing a facial against microneedling or injectables
- You have a wedding or event and need a timeline that actually works backwards from the date
- You want a professional view on your home routine rather than a product sale
Already know what you want? You can book a treatment directly. The consultation is for the decision, not a gate in front of it.

What Comes Next
Where a consultation usually leads
Four common outcomes. Your plan will say which one applies and why.
The most common outcome. Your $150 is applied to the treatment, so the consultation costs you nothing extra.
Scarring, pigment and firmness need repetition. You get a session count and spacing, not an open-ended commitment.
If the skin is irritated or over-exfoliated, treating it that day would make things worse. We fix the foundation first.
If what you have needs a dermatologist rather than a med spa, you will be told plainly. We would rather send you to the right place than take the booking.
Client Reviews
What clients say
Amazing executive gentleman's facial. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire experience relaxing. My skin felt refreshed and looked great afterward.
I literally got glass skin after my treatment. My skin has never looked so smooth, hydrated, and glowing. The staff was incredibly professional and truly cares about your skin.
Booked the signature facial before a wedding and the difference was visible the same day. They explained what each step was doing instead of rushing through it.
Common Questions
Consultation questions, answered
Is the consultation fee refundable against treatment?
The $150 is applied toward an eligible treatment booked on the same day. If you book a facial straight after your consultation, the fee comes off that price. If you decide to think it over, the plan is still yours to take away.
How long does it take?
Fifteen minutes, one to one. It is deliberately focused rather than rushed. If your situation is more complex, we will tell you at the end and arrange the time needed rather than cutting corners.
Do I have to book a treatment afterwards?
No. There is no obligation and no pressure. A good number of people leave with a plan, go away and come back weeks later. That is completely fine.
Can I discuss hair as well as skin?
Yes. Hair and scalp concerns are part of what the consultation covers, and thinning hair is one of the most common reasons people book it. If scalp PRP is appropriate, you will get a realistic view of how many sessions it takes.
Will you tell me if a treatment is not right for me?
Yes, and it happens regularly. If your skin needs barrier repair before anything active, or if what you have needs a dermatologist rather than a medical spa, you are told plainly. We would rather lose a booking than take one that will not work.
Can I book a consultation while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, and it is a sensible place to start. Tell us when you book so the plan is built around it, and bring any specific guidance your doctor or midwife has given you.
What should I bring?
A list or photos of the products you are currently using, notes on anything that has reacted badly, and details of any medication or recent treatments. A rough budget and timeline help keep the plan realistic.
Who will I be seeing?
Consultations are carried out by our clinical team. Injectable and PRP treatments are performed by a registered nurse under medical direction, and if your plan involves those you will be told exactly who will be treating you before anything is booked.
