How much do med spa treatments cost in Manhattan?
At Skin Lab, medical facials run from $299 to $899, microneedling from $299, PRP from $500, and a consultation is $150. Botox, fillers and skin boosters are priced at consultation, with the total given before treatment.
Which treatment should I book first?
The Signature Medical Facial is the usual first booking. If you are unsure, the $150 consultation helps you choose and is credited toward same-day treatment.
How long are appointments?
Consultations take 15 minutes; injectables and PRP facials 30 minutes; most facials, microneedling and scalp PRP 60 minutes; the Advanced 75 minutes and the Platinum 90 minutes.
Who performs the treatments?
Facials are performed by our aestheticians. Injectables and PRP are performed by a licensed provider of Michael Meighen, MD, NY, PLLC, the professional practice that provides medical treatments at Skin Lab.
Do you offer laser or IV therapy?
No. We focus on medical facials, microneedling, injectables, PRP and skin boosters. If laser would be the right answer for your concern, we will tell you so.
Do you offer packages?
Only where a course makes sense: the Glass Skin Medical Facial is five for $1,196, and Scalp PRP and microneedling with PRP are three for $1,999.
Is there downtime?
None after a facial beyond a flush for up to an hour. Microneedling brings one to two days of mild redness, and injectables can bruise.
Can I combine treatments in one visit?
Microneedling and facials are not combined in one visit. Injectables and facials are usually spaced one to two weeks apart. Your provider advises what is safe together.
