How to find us in Midtown East
We are on the north side of East 55th Street between First and Second Avenue. Enter through the main lobby of the Bristol Medical Building and our suites are immediately off it.
E and M to Lexington Av / 53 St, then a five-minute walk east. The 6 at 51 St and the N R W at Lexington Av / 59 St are both a similar distance.
The M15 runs along First and Second Avenue with stops at 55th Street. Crosstown services on 57th are a short walk north.
Street parking on 55th is easiest before 10am. Garages on 56th Street and Second Avenue are the closest paid options.
Minutes from Sutton Place, Turtle Bay and Beekman Place, and a short walk from Bloomingdale's and the Queensboro Bridge.
Lobby level entry with lift access. Let us know when booking if you need anything arranged in advance.
Come a few minutes early so your assessment is not rushed. If you are running late, call us rather than guessing.

Before You Visit
What to know before your first appointment
- Arrive a few minutes early so your assessment is not rushed
- Makeup is fine. We will remove it properly at the start
- Bring a list or photos of the products you currently use
- Tell us about medication, allergies and anything that has reacted badly
- Mention pregnancy or breastfeeding when you book, not on the day
- Pause retinol and strong acids for a few days before a facial
If you are not sure what to book, call us or book the Health Rejuvenation Consultation. It is fifteen minutes, costs $150, and the fee comes off an eligible treatment booked the same day. There is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Every price for our facials is published on the services page. Botox, dermal fillers and skin boosters are administered by a registered nurse under medical direction and quoted after assessment, so you always have the figure before anything is administered.

How do I book an appointment?
Online through our booking page, which shows live availability and lets you choose your treatment and time, or by calling (646) 554-9141. Every treatment and price is listed on our services page, and the most booked are the Signature Medical Facial and the Glass Skin Medical Facial. If you are unsure which applies to you, call rather than guessing.
What are your opening hours?
Seven days a week, 9AM to 8PM, including weekends. Evening appointments are the most requested, so book those further ahead.
Where exactly is the entrance?
The Bristol Medical Building, on the north side of East 55th Street between First and Second Avenue. Enter the main lobby and our suites, 106 and 109, are immediately off it.
What is the nearest subway?
The E and M at Lexington Av / 53 St, about a five-minute walk. The 6 at 51 St and the N R W at Lexington Av / 59 St are a similar distance.
Is there parking nearby?
Street parking on 55th is easiest before 10am. The closest paid garages are on 56th Street and along Second Avenue.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us as much notice as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else. Cancellation and no-show terms are shown on the booking page when you reserve your appointment.
Do you offer gift cards?
Ask when you call and we will arrange it. A facial makes a considerably better gift than another candle.
