A doctor-led facial built on La Prairie Swiss skincare and finished with Hermès touches. It is designed to leave skin clear, hydrated and reflective rather than simply clean, and it is the treatment most of our clients come back for.

What It Is
Glass skin is a finish, not a filter
The term comes from Korean skincare and describes skin so even, hydrated and smooth that it reflects light like glass. It is not about being pale or poreless. It is about the barrier working properly, dead surface cells cleared away, and enough moisture held in the skin that light bounces off it evenly instead of scattering.
Our Glass Skin Medical Facial is the clinical route to that finish. Over a single 60-minute session we deep cleanse, exfoliate professionally, infuse La Prairie formulations, apply a medical-grade collagen mask and finish with LED recovery therapy. Skin tightening, brightening and pigment correction are built in, and hydrodermabrasion or a medical peel is added when your skin can take it.
It is different from the Signature Medical Facial. The Signature is our core medical facial. Glass Skin adds the collagen stimulation, LED recovery and resurfacing layers, which is why clients often compare it to our Advanced Medical Facial at $499.

The Benefits
What one session actually changes
Six things clients notice, usually the same afternoon.
La Prairie infusion holds moisture in the layers where dullness starts, so the change is visible rather than surface level.
Professional exfoliation and hydrodermabrasion lift the buildup that makes makeup sit unevenly.
The actual glass skin effect. Even tone and a hydrated surface make skin catch light instead of absorbing it.
Targeted brightening softens early discolouration and marks left after breakouts have cleared.
LED recovery and collagen masking support firmness, which is what separates this from a surface facial.
No peeling phase. Book it before dinner, a shoot or a meeting and go straight on afterwards.
Results vary from person to person. A facial improves how skin looks and feels; it does not permanently change skin structure.
Inside the Appointment
Everything included in your 60 minutes
A considered treatment built around your skin, your goals and your professional assessment.
Inside Your 60 Minutes
Your session includes
Your practitioner examines hydration, barrier condition, texture and pigment under examination light before choosing a single product.
Double cleanse, then professional exfoliation and hydrodermabrasion to clear the surface so what follows can reach skin.
Swiss formulations applied in clinical order, worked in with massage through the jawline, cheekbones and neck.
A medical-grade collagen mask with LED recovery therapy while you rest. This is the part that supports firmness rather than just glow.
Brightening, barrier support, SPF and a short written plan for the week ahead.
Is It Right For You
Who books the Glass Skin facial
- Your skin looks flat and tired under office light and no longer wakes up after sleep
- You want the Korean glass skin finish without a twelve-step routine at home
- Makeup has started clinging to dry patches or sitting unevenly
- You have an event, shoot or dinner and need glow the same day
- You have had ordinary spa facials and want to feel what a clinical protocol changes
- You are building toward lasting skin quality and want a course rather than one visit
If your skin is highly reactive or your barrier is damaged, we will say so at the assessment and suggest a gentler starting point.

The Course
Five sessions, $1,196
One session gives you a very good week. A course is what changes how your skin behaves between appointments, because collagen stimulation and pigment correction build on each other rather than resetting every time.
The five-session package works out at under $240 a session and is usually taken every four to six weeks. Your practitioner reassesses the skin at each visit and shifts the protocol as it responds, so session five is not a repeat of session one.
Full assessment and baseline. Hydration and surface clarity are the first things to move.
Pigment and texture become the focus once the barrier is holding moisture properly.
Collagen support and refinement, with the protocol adjusted to whatever is left to work on.
Afterwards
What to expect after your facial
Straight after
- Skin feels hydrated and comfortable rather than tight
- Visible brightness and a smoother surface the same afternoon
- Any mild flush settles within about an hour
- Makeup is fine once the flush has gone, though most clients skip it that evening
How long it holds
- Hydration and smoothness typically last two to three weeks
- Brightness is strongest in the first several days
- Every four to six weeks suits most skin
- Daily SPF protects the pigment work you have just paid for
Results vary based on your skin, your routine and how consistently you use SPF. At your appointment we discuss what to realistically expect rather than promising a fixed outcome.

Booked the signature facial before a wedding and the difference was visible the same day. They explained what each step was doing instead of rushing through it.
Common Questions
Glass Skin facial, answered honestly
What exactly is a glass skin facial?
It is a clinical facial aimed at a specific finish: skin even and hydrated enough to reflect light. The term comes from Korean skincare. Ours combines deep cleansing, professional exfoliation, La Prairie infusion, a medical-grade collagen mask, LED recovery and pigment correction in one 60-minute session.
How is this different from the Signature Medical Facial?
The Signature is our core medical facial at $299 and covers cleansing, exfoliation, La Prairie infusion and a collagen mask. Glass Skin adds skin tightening, brightening, collagen stimulation, LED recovery and resurfacing. That extra depth is why clients compare it to our Advanced Medical Facial.
How long does it take?
60 minutes for a single session. We ask you to arrive a few minutes early so the skin analysis is not rushed.
How many sessions do I need?
One session gives a very good result for two to three weeks. For lasting change we suggest the five-session course at $1,196, usually spaced four to six weeks apart. You are never pushed into it; your practitioner will tell you honestly whether your skin needs it.
Is there downtime?
No. There is no peeling stage. Skin may look slightly flushed for up to an hour, and after that most clients prefer not to cover the result.
Can I have it before a wedding or event?
Yes, and many clients do. Because there is no downtime it is safe close to the date, though booking about a week ahead gives skin time to settle at its best.
Is it suitable for men?
Every one of our facials includes the Executive Gentleman's Facial protocol, and a good number of our clients are men working in the offices nearby. The protocol adapts to your skin, including how recently you shaved.
Will it help with acne scarring?
It improves the look of surface marks and post-breakout discolouration. For indented scarring, Glass Skin Microneedling or RF microneedling with PRP does more, and we will point you there if that is the honest answer.
